Chemainus Classical Concerts is presenting ‘An Encore! Christmas’ with the Encore! Women’s Choir on Sunday, Dec. 10 at 2 p.m. at the Chemainus United Church.

The award-winning choir has a fabulous program with roots firmly planted in the Cowichan Valley and will also perform the previous afternoon at Dt. Edward’s Church in Duncan. Music Director Christine Dandy, along with her 23 singers, and outstanding pianist Rykie Avenant combine past favourites with new and challenging pieces, exposing the amazing sound and musical diversity that this choir can achieve.

Search for all the elves hidden in downtown Ladysmith stores at Old Time Christmas. There will also be horse and carriage rides, carolling, ‘smores at a firepit, candle lantern workshop, Santa visits, a live nativity, and child minding and crafts.

Come join us November 25th for our annual Christmas craft sale . We have two large rooms filled with tons of tables . Raffle draws . Bake sale goodies . A concession that serves burgers, hotdogs, homemade chilli and even vegetarian lunch choices.
